War Effort

Dear Time Travelers,

Although the entrance to the Ruins of Ahn’Qiraj has been opened, we still lack the resources needed to tackle the Temple of Ahn’Qiraj. Working together as a single faction, we can get the necessary supplies to challenge C’Thun and end the Qiraji threat!

The War Effort is coming to Chromiecraft, active from the 31st August!

We appreciate the War Effort is a massive undertaking, so we have made the following changes needed for turn-in requirements:

Cloth Turn-ins – 25% of Original Values
Food Turn-ins – 50% of Original Values
Herb Turn-ins – 33% of Original Values
Metal Bars – 50% of Original Values
Skins – 33% of Original Values

Once both factions have completed their War Effort quests and gathered all required supplies, NPCs from both sides will prepare to travel to Silithus. This will take 5 days for their journey to complete.

The Shifting Sands Questline will be available as soon as the War Effort starts as well.

For those who manage to complete this monumental quest line and manage to Bang a Gong upon the completion of the War Effort, the title of Scarab Lord & the Black Qiraj Battle Tank will be yours. We have also made a change to the time allowed to strike the gong to create new Scarab Lords. This has been increased it to 24 hours instead of the usual 10 hours.

Upon completion of the above, Temple of Ahn’Qiraj (AQ40) will open and C’thun will be awaiting all raiders who dare to challenge the Old God of Madness and Chaos.

With this, we finally draw to a close the final bracket in our Vanilla journey. A huge thank you to everyone who has made this journey possible, from the team behind Azerothcore, all the team helping to run Chromiecraft and of course, all you incredible players! We are still only starting our journey here, the Outlands is our next destination adventurers. Soon™!
