Top Contributors of June 2026

These are the statistics for the open-source development activity of our project, featuring the Top Contributors of June 2026.

All code has been released to the public under the GPLv2 license as part of the AzerothCore project, in line with our philosophy.

All the volunteers will be compensated with Chromie Points for their contributions. Would you like to become a contributor? Read this.

Excluding merges, **67 authors** have pushed **196 commits** to master and **198 commits** to all branches.
On master, **671 files** have changed and there have been **254,296** **additions** and **214,729** **deletions**

Testers & code reviewers

Unfortunately, there is no (automated) way to count the work of people who help with testing PRs and code reviews, but we want to express our gratitude to all testers and PR reviewers. Your contribution is vital to our project, so thank you very much for what you do.

Community updates

We are exceptionally proud of our community being one of the most welcoming and respectful for all players in the gaming world. It was unfortunately another record breaking month in terms of actions being taken against accounts.

In terms of community action:

108 accounts received permanent bans for the running of hacks, cheats &/or RMT.
48 accounts received temporary bans for breaking our server rules.
167 players received time outs and / or reminders of our chat rules.
24 accounts had actions taken on them in relation to ninja looting.

Please take the time to make yourself familiar with our rules.

That brings our total banned accounts over 3000 now. Play by our rules and play fair and you will always have a home with us.

Speaking of rules, we are making some updates in regards to multiboxing and the usage of programs supporting gameplay on the server.

The total amount of simultaneously logged characters will drop down to a maximum of 3 logged in at anytime.
Broadcasting software, such as ISboxer or AHK is banned. Characters may only be controlled on an individual basis.
Multiboxing in instances have been added to the list of banned actions, taking it in line with the ban on engaging with PvP as well.
